  1. What is Emporium Shokuhin’s Rewards Program all about?

    It is a free lifetime membership where members get to enjoy

    • Complimentary Welcome eVouchers (upon first sign up)
    • Complimentary eVouchers upon each upgrade to the next membership tier
    • E$ rebates with every spending within the entire Emporium Shokuhin
    • Exclusive privileges such as priority reservation at selected dining concepts, double lucky draw chances, and special events organized for members only

     

    All sign ups will start from GOLD membership. Upon spending a certain amount, you will be able to upgrade to the next membership tier.

     

  2. What are the other membership tiers and how can I be upgraded?

    There are 3 membership tiers in total: GOLD, PLATINUM and ELITE. Upon first sign up, you will be a GOLD member.

    You can sign up via our website (www.emporiumshokuhin.com.sg), at our Gourmet Grocer and any of our restaurants. Kindly ask any of our friendly service staff for assistance.

    Upon spending a total of $2,888, you will be upgraded to PLATINUM member. If you are a PLATINUM member, you will be upgraded to ELITE member upon spending a total of $4,888.

    Spending excludes prevailing GST and service charge.
  3. Will I receive a card upon sign up?

    This is a card-less membership program, so there is no card printed out for GOLD and PLATINUM members. Please inform the cashier of your NRIC/Passport number in order to enjoy the E$ rebate upon purchase/billing.

    However, ELITE members will receive a special printed card. ELITE members will be able to enjoy their E$ rebates by informing the cashier of their NRIC/Passport number or using the card to swipe at the point of sales system.

  4. What are the Complimentary Welcome eVouchers given upon first sign up?

    Upon first sign up, GOLD members will receive eVouchers worth a total of $85 in your membership account. eVouchers will be issued the next day after successful registration. Kindly log in at www.emporiumshokuhin.com.sg to check your account.

    These eVouchers are not exchangeable for cash or E$, and are valid for 2 months from the day of registration. Only applicable for ala carte menu only; Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discount vouchers and set menus.

  5. What will I receive upon successful upgrading to PLATINUM membership?

    Upon successfully upgrading to be a PLATINUM member, you will receive Dining eVouchers and an additional Sake evoucher worth at least $105 in your membership account. Kindly log in at www.emporiumshokuhin.com.sg to check your account.

    These eVouchers are not exchangeable for cash or E$, and are valid for 2 months from the day of successful upgrade. Only applicable for ala carte menu only; Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discount vouchers and set menus. Should the item be out of stock, Emporium Shokuhin reserves the right to replace an item of similar value.

  6. What will I receive if I’ve upgraded to be an ELITE member?

    Upon successful upgrading to be an ELITE member, you will receive a complimentary Wine eVoucher worth $138 in your membership account. Kindly log in at www.emporiumshokuhin.com.sg to check your account.

    This eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash or E$, and will be valid for 2 months from the day of successful upgrade. Should the item be out of stock, Emporium Shokuhin reserves the right to replace an item of similar value.

  7. What are the rebates for the membership?

      GOLD membership PLATINUM membership ELITE membership
    Spend at any Restaurant 5% rebate 7% rebate 10% rebate
    Spend at Gourmet Grocer 1% rebate 1.5% rebate 2% rebate

    E$ rebates are not awarded on service charge and GST. E$ rebates are not applicable for items on promotion, set menus and purchase of Emporium Shokuhin Gift Cards., unless otherwise stated. Earned E$ rebates cannot be used to redeem for Emporium Shokuhin Gift Cards or exchange for cash or E$. E$ rebates will be valid for a 1-year cycle from the day of membership activation; any unredeemed E$ rebates will expire and be forfeited. 

  8. What are the other benefits of the membership?

    • Enjoy double rebates for the 1st purchase at our Gourmet Grocer and any restaurant in Emporium Shokuhin during your Birthday Month. Kindly refer to the table below for the actual rebate.

    The birthday eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash or E$, and can only be used once during your birthday month.

    Priority Reservations (Applicable for PLATINUM & ELITE members only)

    • Limited to the first 20 seats reserved by PLATINUM and ELITE members daily.
    • Available at all Restaurants in Emporium Shokuhin (except Kohi-Koji Café & Bakery).
    • Lunch reservations must be made by 9pm the day before dining in; Dinner reservations must be made by 3pm before dining in.
    • Not applicable on days of full restaurant corporate bookings.
    • Kindly call us at 6224 3433 to make your reservations.

    Additional Lucky Draw chances

    • Additional Lucky Draw Chances during Lucky Draw Contests held at Emporium Shokuhin.
    • Not applicable to contests held on social media platforms (ie. Facebook, Instagram).
  9. How can I sign up?

    You may sign up via

    • Online at Emporium Shokuhin website (www.emporiumshokuhin.com.sg) or
    • At our Gourmet Grocer and any of our restaurants. Kindly ask any of our friendly service staff for assistance.
  10. What if I have lost my ELITE membership card?

    Lost cards that require replacement will be charged $5 (inclusive of GST) each.

    Please contact the Membership Department at 6812 2172 or membership@emporiumshokuhin.com.sg to report the loss and request for a card replacement.

  11. If I have any enquiries on membership or my account, whom can I contact?

    You may contact Membership Department at 6812 2172 or membership@emporiumshokuhin.com.sg from Mon – Fri (excluding eve and day of PH), 9am – 6pm.
